Baked Eggs Provencale

- 8 ripe tomatoes, hollowed out shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- 8 t. chopped parsley shopping list
- garlic salt shopping list
- 8 eggs shopping list
- butter shopping list
- basil leaves shopping list
- 1 c parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Place tomato sheels in buttered baking dish
- Sprinkle each with salt, pepper, 1 t. parsley, and pinch of garlic salt
- Bake 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and break an egg into each toato
- Dot with butter
- Sprinkle with basil
- Return to oven, bake 20 more minutes
- Remove and top each with parmesan cheese
- Bake another 10 minutes.
