Ingredients
  • 1/2 3 thinly sliced beef (1/2 inch strips)
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbs. tomato paste
  • 2 tep. paprika
  • salt & peper to taste
  • flour

Directions
  1. dust meat with folur-lightly
  2. stir fry in butter un till brown,remove from pan andadd onions and saute till golden.
  3. stir in tomato paste,paprika and cream, stir well and simmer till thickened, stiring occasionally
  4. return beef and heat through.
  5. serve over noodles or what ever suits you
