I just saw Paula Dean make these last night, as I was trying to figure out dinner. I modified with what I had - O'Brien potatoes with red and green bell peppers and onion, and "loaded" potato mix. I used warm milk and the water from the potatoes instead of plain water, and seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese for the topping. Baked for 15 minutes only. Family ate the entire thing! Will definitely do again!
