How to make it

  • Cook and Mash potatoes until no lumps remain, NONE
  • Mix in all ingredients safe ginger and tbsp of butter
  • Beat until fluffy
  • Place mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto a cookie sheet in a rosette pattern (or if you don't care to be fancy, drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheet)
  • Brush with 1 Tbsp Butter, and sprinkle with ginger if desired\
  • Bake at 425 Degrees for 15-20 minutes
