Quick Apricot Chutney Recipe
A chutney for those who don't have time.

Ingredients
  • 250 ml fine apricot jam
  • 2,5 ml salt
  • 0,5 ml cayene pepper
  • 2,5 ml ginger
  • 187 ml vinegar

Directions
  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Mix in the vinegar slowly.
  3. Bring slowly to the boil whilst stirring.
  4. Boil until the right consistency.
