Quick Apricot Chutney

- 250 ml fine apricot jam shopping list
- 2,5 ml salt shopping list
- 0,5 ml cayene pepper shopping list
- 2,5 ml ginger shopping list
- 187 ml vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the first 4 ingredients.
- Mix in the vinegar slowly.
- Bring slowly to the boil whilst stirring.
- Boil until the right consistency.
