  • 1 LB fresh fish,skin on,boneless such as Salmon or Grouper or Snapper
  • 1/4 cup Red Repper,finely chopped.
  • 1/4 cup Onion,finely chopped.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro,finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp.sugar.
  • 1 Tsp Chili-Garlic Sauce (sold in Asian groceries,and many supermarkets)
  • 2 TBSP fresh squeezed Lemon juice.
  • 3 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
  • Weges Fresh Lemon
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 1/2 Cups Freshly Steamed Rice

Directions
  1. In a small bowl combine,red pepper,onion,and cilantro with sugar,chili-garlic sauce,lemon juice,soy sauce and oil.Beat a little to blend.Reserve.
  2. Grill or fry fish in your preferred style.Transfer to a serving plate and dress with several tablespoons of the sauce.Stick wedges on lemon on sides and top with cilantro leaves.Serve immediately with remainder of the sauce in a side bowl and accompanied by steamed rice.

I usually have to double the sauce recipe as my guests just love it,slathering it on any left over rice!It is so delicious,yet easy to make.
