Meatloaf is can hard to make,but this is a no fail recipe packed with flavor, even my picky kids like it

Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs thawed 85/15 ground beef
  • 1 package McCormicks Meatloaf Seasoning Mix. I have not found any other that tastes as good.
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 2 small cloves minced garlic
  • 25 crushed saltine crackers. Use less if you use a lower fat ground beef
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • Ketchup

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degress F. Spray 9x9 baking dish with nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together except the ketchup. Dump mix into baking dish and spread evenly. Spread ketchup over the top and bake until center reaches internal temprature of 165 degrees.
  2. This dish may serve more than 4, not real sure about he serving sizes on this one, family always digs in before I can figure it up.
