Diet Swiss Cake Roll

- 1 large or 2 small bananas shopping list
- ½ cup low-fat silken firm tofu shopping list
- ½ tsp cream of tartar shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 slices dry white bread, crumbled shopping list
- 2/3 c. skim dry milk powder shopping list
- 4 tsp. cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 tbsp Splenda or sugar shopping list
- ½ cup fat free ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tbsp honey shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325F. Spray and lightly flour a 9x13” pan.
- Blend bananas through Splenda until smooth in a blender.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from pan. Let cool on a clean kitchen towel.
- Cream together remaining ingredients.
- Spread on cake. Roll and chill minimum 3 hours before serving.
- Makes 2 servings.
