How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325F. Spray and lightly flour a 9x13” pan.
  • Blend bananas through Splenda until smooth in a blender.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Remove from pan. Let cool on a clean kitchen towel.
  • Cream together remaining ingredients.
  • Spread on cake. Roll and chill minimum 3 hours before serving.
  • Makes 2 servings.
