Hawaiian Delight Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 C whipping cream

2 C half-and-half

(OR may reverse amounts for above if you like extra-fluffy ice cream)

14oz sweetened condensed milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp coconut extract (or less - be careful, it's strong)

1/3 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

8 or more maraschino cherries, drained & thirded

1/3 cup coconut

8oz crushed pineapple, drained

1-1/2 chopped bananas

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients till smooth.

Pour mixture into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions.

Add rest of ingredients while ice cream is still soft enough, maybe in the last 5 minutes,

or take ice cream out, stir in fruit, coconut, and nuts, and chill in freezer.

Eat and smile!
