Ingredients
- Sweet tater pie shopping list
- 1 9in. pie shell in a 9 in. pie plate shopping list
- pre heat oven to 400 df I take the top rack out put pie on shopping list
- middle shelf. shopping list
- 1 and 1/3 Cup baked sweet taters shopping list
- 1 and ½ Cup milk (I use skim ) shopping list
- 3 - Lg. eggs shopping list
- 1 Cup of sugar or splenda shopping list
- ½ tea sp. salt shopping list
- 1 and ¼ tea sp. cinnamon (level ) shopping list
- ½ tea sp nutmeg shopping list
- ½ tea sp ginger shopping list
- ¼ tea sp cloves shopping list
How to make it
- I dump every thing in a bowl and mix with a wire whip then
- pour into your shell and into oven. bake for 35 min. then
- check if the crust is getting brown.
- Make hole in a pc. Of alum. foil so it will cover about
- 1 and ½ in on the out side lay on pie and finish baking for
- about 20 min. check the center it should be firm.
- (NOTE) You can make a pumpkin pie

- The same way I like to use caned pumpkin because it does not
- have the juice as home cooked does. And pumpkin or sweet tater
- pudding by leaving out the crust. A gob of real whipped cream
- won't hurt it a bit.
