Ingredients

5 potatoes diced, cooked and drained. (I place them in the fridge overnight to cool)

4 boiled eggs cooled and diced

1 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 cup miracle whip

2 Tbsp. vinegar

1 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. mustard

Directions

Dice potatoes, cook until tender and drain.

Boil 4 eggs.

Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge until ready to serve.

Miracle whip dressing is a sweetened mayonnaise, made by Kraft Foods. I'm not sure if you can find this in other countries. You can use any mayonnaise to substitute.
