How to make it

  • In large bowl, dissolve sugar in water. Sprinkle yeast over and let stand 10 minutes or until foamy. Combine flours and salt in separate bowl. Stir oil into yeast mix, stir in half of flour mix. Add more flour until dough can be gathered into sticky ball. Knead dough 5 minutes. Cut in half. Cover with waxed paper and let rise 10 minutes. Roll each half into a 12" circle. Transfer to lightly oiled pans. Stretch dough into large circles. Let rise 15 minutes before adding toppings. Let rise 30 minutes for thicker crusts.
  • Spread with marinara; arrange cheese, sprinkle liberally with green olives, black olives and banana pepper rings. Preheat oven to 400. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
