How to make it

  • Roll chicken in seasoned flour,brown in butter. Remove chicken. Stir soup,seasonings and water into drippings. Cook and stir till it boils.
  • Spread minute rice right from box into 11/qt. shallow casserole Pour all but 1/3c. of soup mixture over rice,stir to moisten. Top with chixcken and the rest of the soup mixture.
  • Bake,covered at 375 for 30 mins. or till tender

    Have to try. love using soup to finish off pork medalions,frog legs and pork steaks.makes a quick gravy/sauce and adds to the texture.I call it SMOTHERED,what ever I'm making.Good post...chow
