- 3 lbs. chicken shopping list
- 1/3c seasoned flour shopping list
- 1/4c butter shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 21/2T grated onion shopping list
- 1t. salt shopping list
- dash of pepper shopping list
- 1T chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2t. celery flakes shopping list
- 1/8t. thyme shopping list
- 11/3c water shopping list
- 11/3c Minute Rice shopping list
How to make it
- Roll chicken in seasoned flour,brown in butter. Remove chicken. Stir soup,seasonings and water into drippings. Cook and stir till it boils.
- Spread minute rice right from box into 11/qt. shallow casserole Pour all but 1/3c. of soup mixture over rice,stir to moisten. Top with chixcken and the rest of the soup mixture.
- Bake,covered at 375 for 30 mins. or till tender
