How to make it

  • Cook, cool down by refrigeration, peel and dice the potatoes, then cover and return to refrigerator.
  • Fry the bacon crisp, reserve the drippings and crumble the bacon. Reserve until needed.
  • Chop the celery and onion and reserve until needed.
  • Toss the potatoes, onion, celery and crumbled bacon in a large mixing bowl.
  • Fold in the Terrie's Potato Salad Dressing and stir to mix.
  • Refrigerate salad prior to serving.
  • Note: This recipe was given to Terrie Martinez by an older friend and Terrie considered it the best potato salad she ever ate.
