    The molasses sounds like a flavorful addition. I can imagine this toasts well, too with some lovely butter, a slice of cured salmon and a bit of dill. Do I crave bread, nah!? Boo hoo!

    this does sound healthy...and my hubby is scandinavian...so he'll probably like it...BTW...can I use the powder envelope yeast ?...we dont have the cake yeast down here.
