Amish Pocket Blueberry Cake

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp soda shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (if using frozen thaw and drain) shopping list
- Streusel topping shopping list
- 1/2 cups chopped nuts shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients for cake except for blueberries. Beat 1 minute. Pour into greased (on the bottom only) 8 inch square pan.
- Arrange blueberries over batter.
- Combine topping ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over blueberries.
- Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve warm with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream
