This is an extremely simple get together snack.. Guys love it for watching football and it's one I'm always asked to bring.. my husband and I snack on it often.

Ingredients
- A good quality Hard Salami
- Pepper Jack Cheese, unsliced
- regular Jack cheese, unsliced
- sweet midget pickles, optional
Directions
- Cut Cheese into 1/2 inch strips the length of the slice of salami
- put cheese in the center of the salami and roll
- put edges down on the plate
- I usually place them around the plate working toward the center..
- in the middle I put a small bowl of sweet midget pickles
- That's it !!!

Instead of pepper jack ( which I love by the way), try with cream cheese, just spread on the salami and roll it up. But really good with the pepper jack, thanks.
