Sausage Dressing

- 1/4 lb. pork sausage shopping list
- 1/4 lb. butter shopping list
- 1 large chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup diced celery shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp. sage shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 2 loaves day old bread cubed shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- Brown sausage in butter.
- Add chopped onion and celery and soften.
- Have cubed bread in a large container to mix in.
- Sprinkle seasonings on bread.
- Add the sausage mixture to it.
- Add some of the broth to moisten it. Mix together.
- Add more of the broth as needed.
- If it becomes to moist add more bread.
- Mix till it feels the right consistency.
- Not too moist and not too dry.
- Use the dressing to stuff a turkey.
- Or bake alone at 350 oven for approximately an hour.
- Check to make sure it isn't getting over cooked.
