Sausage Dressing Recipe

How to make it

  • Brown sausage in butter.
  • Add chopped onion and celery and soften.
  • Have cubed bread in a large container to mix in.
  • Sprinkle seasonings on bread.
  • Add the sausage mixture to it.
  • Add some of the broth to moisten it. Mix together.
  • Add more of the broth as needed.
  • If it becomes to moist add more bread.
  • Mix till it feels the right consistency.
  • Not too moist and not too dry.
  • Use the dressing to stuff a turkey.
  • Or bake alone at 350 oven for approximately an hour.
  • Check to make sure it isn't getting over cooked.
