  8. cOOK FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES WHEN THE MEAT FALLS OFF THE BONES AND YOU GOT ENOUGH LEFT TO MAKE A GRAVY
  9. sERVE WITH lOUSIANA SEET MASSHED POTATOES AND SOME OF THAT pAUL NEWMAN DRESSING FOR YOUR SALAD
  10. gOOD HOT FRENCH BREAD AND PEOPLE WIL BE COMING BY THE DOOR BEGGING FOR A "TASTS"
