How to make it

  • Set the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  • cut up a sweet potato or two, i like to leave on the skin but it can be removed if you prefer, into wedge sized chunks.
  • mix in a bowl with olive oil and crushed garlic and pepper, so that each wedge is covered.
  • put into a baking pan and into oven for 20 minutes.
  • toss about every ten minutes for the best results.
  • serve with sour cream and enjoy because they're very enjoyable.
