Ingredients

1 Can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 c Vinegar

1/2 c Vegetable oil

1 ts Dry mustard

1 ts Salt

Pinch of cayenne pepper

1 Egg

Directions

In small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients; beat

until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Chill to

blend flavors. Store leftovers in a clean jar.

You know me well enough to know I bumped up the heat factor with a little more cayenne. This was really good slathered on a grilled chicken sandwich. Next time, I'm putting it on pulled pork. Oh waving hand wildly, I'll try it in coleslaw, now that would be a kick.
