Ingredients
  • 1 Can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c Vinegar
  • 1/2 c Vegetable oil
  • 1 ts Dry mustard
  • 1 ts Salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 Egg

Directions
  1. In small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients; beat
  2. until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Chill to
  3. blend flavors. Store leftovers in a clean jar.

I'm thinking the milk with the vinegar added, tends to thicken?? Kinda like a sweet sour cream with a kick of flavour??? Excellent!! thanks for posting, Grizz...

You know me well enough to know I bumped up the heat factor with a little more cayenne. This was really good slathered on a grilled chicken sandwich. Next time, I'm putting it on pulled pork. Oh waving hand wildly, I'll try it in coleslaw, now that would be a kick.
