this perfect frosting accompanies the perfect chocolate cake

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- melt butter
- stir in cocoa
- alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency
- add more milk, if needed
- stir in vanilla
- makes 2 cups

Now that I saw the perfect chocolate cake recipe, I remember...this is the icing that accompanied the chocolate wet cake recipe. And it IS perfect!! And simple! I was in 6th grade when I made them for the first time. SOOO glad you posted. I had forgotten them! : )
