Blackberry Crisp Recipe
This is so good and so easy, I got it out of Womens Weekly magazine with a few little tweeks of my own. You will definitely enjoy it!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries or frozen blackberries (I used frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cold butter or margarine

Directions
  1. Place blackberries in a greased 1-qt. baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice until smooth; pour over berries.
  3. Combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle over berries.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees 190c for 20-25 minutes or until filling is bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream.
