Pineapple Cheese Muffins

I obtained this recipe from an estate sale a few years ago and now make it often. I love the blending of pineapple and cheese. These are really good served warm with pineapple cream cheese on top. Yummers.
Ingredients
- 8-1/4 ounce can crushed pineapple undrained shopping list
- 2 cups baking mix shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
- Mix pineapple with remaining ingredients then beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 ful.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
