How to make it

  • Slice sweet potato thin using a mandoline.
  • Heat oil, but be careful, do not overheat!
  • Cook until the chips are light brown.
  • When they are cool, sprinkle some salt over them and serve.

    :) Enjoy it. A friend of my said if one puts some salt in the oil they get even more crispy.
