I love sweet potatoes and chips. That is why I make often sweet potato chips. ;)

Ingredients
- 3-4 large sweet potato
- vegetable oil
- fleur de sel (or any other kind of salt)
Directions
- Slice sweet potato thin using a mandoline.
- Heat oil, but be careful, do not overheat!
- Cook until the chips are light brown.
- When they are cool, sprinkle some salt over them and serve.
