How to make it

  • Combine following ingredients in a greased baking pan:
  • 3 qt. Popped popcorn
  • 4 c. Cherrios
  • 4 c. Rice or Corn Chex
  • 2 c. salted peanuts
  • In a sauce pan over medium low heat, combine:
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • ¾ c. corn syrup
  • ¼ c. margarine
  • Boil for 6 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in:
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pour over popcorn mixture.
  • Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
