How to make it

  • Sautee minced garlic with low heat until fragant,
  • add sugar soy sauce
  • and water , sesame paste, vinnegar salt and pepper
  • cook noodle until aldente, drain than mix in the sauce, serve

    really? I'm so glad that you like them
    in some restaurant in taiwan they put shredded cucumber and carrot pickle on top
    next time you can try,
    just shred your cucumber and carot season with salt, add sugar and vinegar, chill for few hours
