This is one fav. chinese dish, very easy to cook and tastes great, should be served with steamed rice

This came out very tasty, I tried it a little different after a few pieces, I changed up the cooking technique, instead of frying, I pretty much boiled it in it's own juice/sauce, didn't have any crunch too it, but it did come out very tasty and worth repeating.
If any one has tried it this way, let me know what you think.

I doubled the batch and altered some things only because I couldn't get rice wine in time (forgot). So I used my rice vinegar and a little extra soy sauce, and it still came back outstanding. Other than that I didn't have a deep frier, so I sauteed it mostly...but still frikkin' good! I had this with hot and sour soup. Yumyumyum!
