Strawberry Crisp For Two Recipe

A great summer twist on Apple crisp. Can use any kind of berries!

Ingredients
- 1T butter
- 1/2c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1/4c packed brown sugar
- 1/2t. cinnamon
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat
- Add oatmeal,brown sugar and cinnamon
- Mix well and remove from heat.
- Divide strawberries between 2 oven-proof dishes
- Sprinkle 1/2 oatmeal mixture over each.
- Bake 15 mins. or till hot and browned
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
