    I use my "bullet" for the blender hollandaise. I like your version much better because of the lovely addition of mustard. Thanks for the yummy post. Now I want eggs benedict, wahhhh!

    I love the blender method of hollandaise sauce. It's so easy and quick. Much easier than the traditional method.
