Peppermint Fudge Recipe
Yummy minty fudge that I just love. Easy to make and have on hand for a quick grab.

Ingredients
  • 1 11 ounce package white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 14oz can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk, not evaporated
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup of crushed peppermint candies or andies mints

Directions
  1. Line a 8x9 pan with foil
  2. In small sauce pan over low to medium heat, melt chips with sweetened milk and salt.
  3. Remove when melted and stir in extract and spread evenly into pan.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies or andies mints.
  5. Chill for 2 hours.
  6. Cut into practical sized pieces and eat up.
  7. Keep refrigerated.
