How to make it

  • Soak the chicken in the egg and the milk for 1/2 hour
  • Saute the mushrooms in butter set aside
  • Roll the chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs and brown in buttter
  • Put all of the above ingredients and the artichoke hearts in a large cassarole dish
  • Cover with the munster cheese cut into small cubes
  • Pour over the broth and the wine
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

    I am going to make this tomorrow night - I had intended to make parmesan chicken with a couscous/artichoke salad but I'm going to try this instead. Thanks for posting - your daughter sounds like a wonderful kitchen helper. I'm jealous!
