Delicious on crackers or wholewheat rye bread

Ingredients
- 170g tin tuna( shredded / chunks)
- 1 small onion
- 1 green chilli (optional)
- black pepper to taste
- 30-50ml mayonnaise
- 1 small green pepper
Directions
- Drain tin of tuna
- cut onion finely squeeze out juice and add to tuna in a bowl
- cut green pepper finely and add
- add black pepper and chilli
- stir in mayonnaise and spread on bread or crackers
- enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good if you add a little coriander leaves chopped & a tbsp of leamon juice it would be better
