How to make it

  • Slice the tofu into 1 inch slices and drain on a paper towel for about 20 minutes, pressing out the moisture halfway through the draining process.
  • Press again at the end of the 20 minutes.
  • Place a few of the tofu slices in a blender with the lemon juice, cider vinegar, salt, and mustard.
  • Mix until smooth, then add the rest of the tofu and oil, adding the oil slowly.
  • Mix until well blended and then add the agave nectar and blend until smooth.
  • There you go, your done.
