Ingredients

How to make it

  • season meat with 1/2 the italian seasoning and salt-pepper to taste
  • heat a heavy,non stick,skillet over medium-high heat.add oil.
  • saute meat 2-3 minutes,until brown,turn over and repeat.
  • stir in onion,tomatoes,cinnamon,honey,vinegar and the rest of the seasoning.bring to a boil.cover skillet,reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes-till meat is cooked thrughout.

    Wow, very interesting. How's it taste?? I might just make this tomorrow. I'd add veggies personally. It's a just because I should thing no other reason. Hmmmm.... what would happen if you were to simmer this for a few hours?? I'd like some good tender pork personally.... Hmmmm.....

    Just went to Italian rest. and thier sauce had cinnamon.I coook a lot of It. but my friend is greek and she adds cinnamon.Never tried the honey and am trying it soon!!
