Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 small onion-sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup black olives,pitted and sliced
  • 1 Tbs. fresf parsley-chopped
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1# mild fish fillits(cod-turbot-perch-ect.")

Directions
  1. in a large skillet,heat oil over medium-high heat.saute onions and garlic in oil till softened.
  2. stir in tomatoes,olives,parsley and wine.simmer for 5 minutes,
  3. place fillits in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or till fish flakes easly.

Is the wine a cooking wine. sorry for sounding dumb, but i have yet to cook with wine, so i am very new to it. Sounds yummy though.
