- 2 Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1 small onion-sliced shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can of diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup black olives,pitted and sliced shopping list
- 1 Tbs. fresf parsley-chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1# mild fish fillits(cod-turbot-perch-ect.") shopping list
How to make it
- in a large skillet,heat oil over medium-high heat.saute onions and garlic in oil till softened.
- stir in tomatoes,olives,parsley and wine.simmer for 5 minutes,
- place fillits in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or till fish flakes easly.
