Mexican Rice Hash

- 2 cups cold cooked rice shopping list
- 1 cup canned chili (1/2 can) without beans shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup whole kernel corn, drained shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except cheese.
- Put in buttered casserole. Cover well.
- Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
- Uncover, sprinkle cheese on top, bake 30 minutes longer, lowering the oven temperature, if necessary, to keep from burning.
