Creamy Artichoke and Spinach casserole

- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter shopping list
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Wisconsin parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In medium skillet, sauté onion in butter until tender; add remaining ingredients.
- Mix together; spread in 1-1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350°F 25 minutes.
