Ingredients
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 ounces chips (chocolate,semi sweet,peanut butter etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • optional: walnuts, or sprinkle in coconut or whatever you like

Directions
  1. In a double boiler on medium heat, melt the chips and milk while stirring constantly.
  2. When the chips and milk have a smooth consistancy take off of the heat and stir in the vanilla,mix well. Atr this point you can add your options.
  3. Line a 9 inch pan with aluminum foil and pour the mixture in and even out.
  4. Allow to completely cool.
  5. When completely cool cut into squares.
  6. You can even microwave this.

Wow, this sounds incredibly easy and yummy. This is something that beginning cooks could do and be successful at. My youngest daughter could do this and feel proud about the outcome. Great post.
