Overnight French Toast Souffle Recipe
This has a wonderful taste and you can change it to fit even you pickest eaters by using a syurp or fruit they like.....enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1/2 loaf White Toasting Bread or enough cubes to fill the dish (cut into 3/4" cubes & place in baking dish)
  • 4 oz. softened Cream Cheese
  • 4 lg. Eggs
  • 1 C Milk
  • 1/4 C Cream
  • 1/2 t. Vanilla
  • 1/2 C Maple Syrup
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • Dash of Salt

Directions
  1. Grease 8x8 baking dish
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mix till creamy.
  4. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour liquid over bread cubes. Press down with spatula - Be sure all bread has absorbed liquid.
  6. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. This freezes well.
  7. Allow soufflé to return to room temperature. Preheat Oven.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees until set & golden brown. about 45 minutes
  9. Place serving on a warm dinner plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  10. Serve with Warm Maple Syrup or Homemade fruit sauce.
