How to make it

  • Grease 8x8 baking dish
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, mix till creamy.
  • Add remainder of ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour liquid over bread cubes. Press down with spatula - Be sure all bread has absorbed liquid.
  • Cover. Refrigerate overnight. This freezes well.
  • Allow soufflĂ© to return to room temperature. Preheat Oven.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until set & golden brown. about 45 minutes
  • Place serving on a warm dinner plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Serve with Warm Maple Syrup or Homemade fruit sauce.

    This sounds really good Griz, and I love the overnight part. I hate getting up and having to cook first thing. :o)
