Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup (1/2 stick) margarine or butter

1/8 tsp salt

6 (5 inch) sweet potatoes or yams

Directions

Combine orange juice, honey, butter and salt in small saucepan over medium heat.

Cook 5 mins or until butter is melted.

Set aside and keep warm

Wrap potatoes in foil. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium heat for 10 - 12 mins on each side,

Serve with orange juice mixture
