Ingredients
  • 1# (36-40 count)shrimp
  • 6 ounces of butter
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/4 cup yellow pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp. creole seasoning
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Directions
  1. heat 2 ounces of butt ina saute pan
  2. add mushrooms and peppers and satue until clear
  3. add onions,shrimp and seasonings and saute until shrimp are pink
  4. add wine and reduce,swirl in rest of butter - half at a time,over low heat
  5. when all of the butter is incorporated,remove from heat and serve over rice.
  6. this recipe comes from the Court of Two Sisters resturant in New Orleans
