shrimp toulouse

- 1# (36-40 count)shrimp shopping list
- 6 ounces of butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup yellow pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions shopping list
- 1 tsp. creole seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
How to make it
- heat 2 ounces of butt ina saute pan
- add mushrooms and peppers and satue until clear
- add onions,shrimp and seasonings and saute until shrimp are pink
- add wine and reduce,swirl in rest of butter - half at a time,over low heat
- when all of the butter is incorporated,remove from heat and serve over rice.
- this recipe comes from the Court of Two Sisters resturant in New Orleans
