How to make it

  • heat 2 ounces of butt ina saute pan
  • add mushrooms and peppers and satue until clear
  • add onions,shrimp and seasonings and saute until shrimp are pink
  • add wine and reduce,swirl in rest of butter - half at a time,over low heat
  • when all of the butter is incorporated,remove from heat and serve over rice.
  • this recipe comes from the Court of Two Sisters resturant in New Orleans
