Rosemary Roasted Oven Fries

- No-Stick cooking spray shopping list
- 3 large baking potatoes shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional), for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
- Slice potatoes into 1⁄2-inch wedges.
- Rinse with cold water and pat dry.
- In a medium bowl whisk together oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add potato wedges.
- Toss to coat.
- Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dressing for dipping.
