Rich Chocolate Smoothie

- 1 frozen banana shopping list
- 1/2 - 1 c soy, rice, or almond milk (or other milk) shopping list
- 1 generous Tbsp ground hemp seeds (or hemp protein powder) OR 1 Tbsp flax oil shopping list
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder shopping list
- pinch of cinnamon shopping list
- little splash of vanilla shopping list

- Blend and enjoy!

Almond chocolate milk is the best:) we love this smoothie. Instead of using flaxseeds/hemp my son adds his nutritional/energy powder mix to his, it IS a great way to start not just your kids day but your own day as well, great post.
