Sounds good! I think frozen bananas are the key to any smoothie. My husband thinks I'm crazy for letting bananas sit on the counter until they are almost bad, then I put them in the freezer in little pieces so I can have them ready for smoothies. I don't think it can get better than a chocolate banana shake...I never thought of using cocoa powder! Thanks,
~Dawn

Good heavens, honey, this is just what I need to wake the kid in the morning! She'll love it and I'll feel good about what is in her tummy when she heads to school at 6:50 a.m. Off to the store for more flax oil. I use it for me and the fibromyalgia and arthritis. Thanks for the post.

What a great post!

Almond chocolate milk is the best:) we love this smoothie. Instead of using flaxseeds/hemp my son adds his nutritional/energy powder mix to his, it IS a great way to start not just your kids day but your own day as well, great post.

Yum... Im so trying this
