Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

- 1 3-oz pkg cream cheese; softened shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream; whipped shopping list
- 1 9-inch ready made, deep, graham cracker pie crust shopping list
- 1 cup cold milk shopping list
- 1 5.1-oz pkgs instant vanilla pudding Mix shopping list
- 1 16-oz can pumpkin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fine ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fine ground ginger shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon fine ground cloves shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream; whipped shopping list
- 1/4 cup pecans halves shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of the ready made crust.
- In another bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed until combined.
- Then beat on high for 2 minutes.
- Let stand 3 minutes.
- Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well.
- Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Chill the pie to allow the pudding to set.
- Garnish with more whipped cream and pecans.
