How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of the ready made crust.
  • In another bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed until combined.
  • Then beat on high for 2 minutes.
  • Let stand 3 minutes.
  • Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well.
  • Spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Chill the pie to allow the pudding to set.
  • Garnish with more whipped cream and pecans.
