How to make it

  • 1. Combine cranberries, sugar and brandy and mix well.
  • 2. Place mixture in a 9X13 pan and cover w/foil.
  • 3. Bake at ~300 oven until the berries pop.
  • 4. Refridgerate when cool -- reheat if desired.

    Saav, how do you serve your brandied cranberries? Please let us know? This sounds like a nice recipe. I'd love to make it but I'd like to know if you use this for a filling in a tart, eat it with whipped cream or use it as a side dish with poultry. Thank you for the unique recipe!
