I wanted to let you know that this inspired me. I have one of those Automatic Shower Cleaners installed in my bathroom. It is about $3.50 per week to use. I got out my turkey baster/injector, and filled up the shower cleaner container with vinegar and lemon juice and water, I will let you know how it comes out. It was less than .50 cents worth of ingredients. Thanks a bunch! Kilby

Vinegar is so versatile; I cook and clean w/it!

I use this not only to clean windows, but for mopping wood floors. I use a sponge mop and squeeze it almost dry. I gave up on all those special cleaners that leave only streaks! If you can bring yourself to do it, use old newspapers to wipe the windows. I can't stand the messy hands (I know...wear gloves!), but it really cleans a window superbly. Thanks for sharing
