Ingredients
  • 1 12 oz. jar plum jam
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried, finely chopped red chili pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool.
  2. Refrigerate in covered container.
  3. Serve hot or cold.
