Ingredients

1 750 ml bottle of Irish whiskey - your choice, I like Jamison!

8 oz. MILK chocolate chips - make sure you use milk chocolate!

2 14 oz cans evaporated milk

2 12 oz cans sweetened condensed milk

2 1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp instant coffee granules

3-4 750 ml bottles

Directions

Add a few ice cubes to a rocks glass and add a shot or two of Irish whiskey (have a drink during preperation, enjoy yourself!)

in LARGE mixing bowl add a small amount of whiskey and instant coffee stir to disolve.

in small sauce pan melt chocolate mixed with small amount of whiskey til smooth.

add melted chocolate to mixing bowl with disolved intant coffee - mix well

Add condensed, and sweetened milk then heavy creal - mix until

creamy.

Pour remaining bottle of Irish whiskey (hopefully you didnt drink TOO much - I always buy 2 bottles and add a little more!) mix well

Store in refridgerator

Shake well before serving over crushed ice or with coffee!
