Irish Cream

- 1 750 ml bottle of Irish whiskey - your choice, I like Jamison! shopping list
- 8 oz. milk chocolate chips - make sure you use milk chocolate! shopping list
- 2 14 oz cans evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 12 oz cans sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules shopping list
- 3-4 750 ml bottles shopping list
How to make it
- Add a few ice cubes to a rocks glass and add a shot or two of Irish whiskey (have a drink during preperation, enjoy yourself!)
- in LARGE mixing bowl add a small amount of whiskey and instant coffee stir to disolve.
- in small sauce pan melt chocolate mixed with small amount of whiskey til smooth.
- add melted chocolate to mixing bowl with disolved intant coffee - mix well
- Add condensed, and sweetened milk then heavy creal - mix until
- creamy.
- Pour remaining bottle of Irish whiskey (hopefully you didnt drink TOO much - I always buy 2 bottles and add a little more!) mix well
- Store in refridgerator
- Shake well before serving over crushed ice or with coffee!
- Enjoy!!
