Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

30 ounces tomato sauce

8 ounces cream cheese

1 pint sour cream

1 cup chopped white onions

1 pound egg noodles

1 pound shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Brown hamburger and drain well.

Add garlic, salt and tomato sauce then simmer for 30 minutes.

While that simmers mix together cream cheese, sour cream and onions.

Cook noodles.

In a well greased rectangular casserole dish layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cream cheese mixture, 1/2 mozzarella cheese.

Cover with 1/3 more sauce, remaining noodles, cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese then remaining sauce.

Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes.
